The Wellbeing 4th Year Program is your behind-the-scenes pass to private practice. Real clinical observation, hands-on workshops, and one-to-one mentoring across our national network of 50 clinics.
About the program
The Wellbeing 4th Year Program gives final-year chiropractic students real-world exposure inside a leading multi-site practice. Designed to close the gap between study and professional life, it blends clinical observation, practical workshops, and tailored mentoring. The program runs independently of any university placement requirement.
If you are studying a recognised chiropractic degree and in your final year, you are eligible. Expect insight into advanced clinical care, exposure to current assessment technology, and genuine mentorship to support your move into the workforce. We shape the placement around your university schedule.

Why we do it
Private practice is one of the most rewarding and varied paths in chiropractic. We open our doors so you can see what it is really like.
From helping patients move and recover, to long-term spinal health and everything in between, you will see the full breadth of what we do day to day.
We also see it as an opportunity. If the right student comes along and a position opens after graduation, fantastic. More importantly, we want to help you explore your options, learn from experienced practitioners, and feel inspired about the career ahead.
What sets us apart
A clear, supported pathway combining clinical practice with ongoing professional development from day one.
Each student is paired with a dedicated mentor for guidance on technique, complex cases, and professional identity.
An online onboarding course covering clinic procedures, protocols, and best practice so you hit the ground running.
Regular PD sessions and ongoing support to keep you at the forefront of the chiropractic field.
Immersed in the clinical environment, working alongside experienced practitioners across multiple locations.
Learn beside chiropractors, allied health professionals, and educators for a rich, collaborative experience.
