Do I need a referral?
No referral needed. You can book directly online in a couple of minutes, or call us on 1300 123 365 if you’d rather chat to a real person first.
What exactly does the $49 include?
Everything you need for a proper first look at what’s going on:
- Initial consultation and assessment ($119 value)
- X-ray analysis and Posture Ray report, if clinically indicated ($109 value)
- Your first adjustment, once your chiropractor confirms care is clinically appropriate ($90 value)
That’s $318 of value for $49, with nothing hidden.
Can I claim on private health?
Yes. Our clinics offer HICAPS on-the-spot claiming, so if your extras policy covers chiropractic you can claim there and then and only pay the gap. Every fund and level of cover is a little different, so it’s worth a quick check with yours before you come in.
Is chiropractic care safe?
Our chiropractors are university trained and AHPRA registered, and nothing is recommended until you’ve had a thorough assessment. We’ll always be upfront with you – if chiropractic isn’t the right fit, we’ll tell you that too.
How long will my first visit take?
Allow around 30 to 45 minutes. We’d rather take the time to properly understand what’s going on than rush you out the door.
What should I wear or bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move easily in. If you have any recent scans, X-rays or reports, bring them along – they’re helpful but not essential.
What do visits cost after the first one?
Standard appointments are $90. You’ll get all pricing in writing before anything else is booked or billed, there are no lock-in contracts, and you can decide in your own time.
