Invite to Win $500 draw terms

These terms apply to the Wellbeing Chiropractic “Invite to Win $500” referral promotion, running from 1 October to 30 November 2026, with ten $500 care credits drawn between 9 October and 4 December 2026.

1. Promoter

2. Promotional period

   Entries can be earned from 1 October 2026 to 30 November 2026 inclusive. A referred first visit must take place within that period to count.

3. Who can take part

   Referrers must be existing Wellbeing Chiropractic patients. Referred people must be new patients, meaning they have never attended any Wellbeing Chiropractic clinic before. Wellbeing Chiropractic team members, practitioners, contractors and their immediate families are not eligible.

4. How entries are earned

   A referrer receives one entry for each referred new patient who attends a first visit during the promotional period and who was invited by the referrer through the campaign page, or who names the referrer when booking (in the Comments box of the online booking form) or at reception at that first visit. The referral is confirmed when our team matches the invite record or the booking to the new patient’s attended first visit and links their file to the referrer’s file.

   Each referred new patient also receives one entry when they attend their first visit. There is no limit on the number of entries a referrer can earn. A referred person counts once, however many times they are named.

5. No purchase required

   No purchase is required to enter beyond the attended first visit. Entry does not depend on any further visits, treatment plans or products. X-rays are taken only when clinically indicated and adjustments are provided only when clinically appropriate. Care recommendations are made on clinical grounds and are independent of this promotion.

6. The draws

   There are nine draws. One winner is drawn every Friday from 9 October to 27 November 2026 inclusive, and two winners are drawn on Friday 4 December 2026, ten winners in total. Each draw includes every eligible entry received up to the Thursday before, and entries stay in every remaining draw. A person can win only once.

   Draws take place at Wellbeing Chiropractic head office using a random selection method, and each draw is recorded.

7. Prizes

   Each winner receives a $500 care credit for chiropractic visits at any Wellbeing Chiropractic clinic, valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. Care credits are not transferable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with other offers. The total prize pool is $5,000.

8. Winner notification

   We’ll contact each winner by phone and email within two business days of their draw. If a winner can’t be contacted within seven days, or declines the prize, we’ll redraw at the next scheduled draw.

9. Publishing winners

   With each winner’s permission, we may share their first name, suburb and a short video of the winner call on our website and social channels. We won’t publish anything about a winner’s health or care.

10. Privacy

    When a referrer sends an invite from the campaign page, we record the referrer’s name and mobile number, the invited person’s name and, if given, their mobile number. We use this only to match entries for this promotion. We do not contact invited people, we do not add them to any marketing list, and we delete invite records within 90 days after the final draw. 11. General

    We may exclude entries that don’t meet these terms, including duplicate or false referrals. If the promotion can’t run as planned for reasons outside our control, we may change or end it in line with applicable law, and we’ll post any change on this page. Where a trade promotion permit is required, its number will be shown here.
