I’m Dr Monica Saad, an AHPRA registered chiropractor at our Campbelltown clinic on King Street. I trained at Macquarie University, completing a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and then a Master of Chiropractic, and I hold a certification in dry needling. What I care about most is understanding your individual needs and goals, creating a supportive environment, and helping you take an active role in your own health so you can get back to the things you love.

The Campbelltown caseload

Movement that has gone stiff

Backs, necks and hips that have lost their easy range, often after long weeks of sitting, lifting or driving around Macarthur. Monica starts with a thorough history and examination to understand what has changed.

Staying active, or getting back to it

Whether it is the gym, a weekend sport or keeping up with the kids, Monica builds care around the activity you want to return to and the confidence to do it.

Taking an active role in your own health

Many patients want to understand their bodies better and do their part between visits. Monica explains what she finds and gives you clear things to work on, so the plan is shared rather than handed down.

Monica’s consults are unhurried and supportive. She listens to what is going on and what you want back, examines properly, then explains her findings in plain language before any care begins. Treatment combines chiropractic adjusting with dry needling where it suits the presentation, and when a problem needs medical review first, she refers on and tells you why.

Macquarie trained, Campbelltown based

Monica completed a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science at Macquarie University in 2022 and a Master of Chiropractic there in 2024, adding a dry needling certification to broaden the ways she can work with soft tissue alongside adjusting.

She practises at Wellbeing Chiropractic Campbelltown, at 20 King Street, and is a member of the Australian Chiropractors Association.

What she enjoys most is the connection built over a course of care: watching someone move with more ease, feel more confident in their body and return to the activities they had put aside.

Individual needs, a supportive room & a shared plan

Expect the first visit to focus on you: your history, how the problem is getting in the way and what you would like to be doing again. Monica examines thoroughly, explains what she finds and maps out care in clear stages.

Care pairs hands-on treatment with things you can do yourself, so you take an active role in your own progress. Plans are reviewed as you go and adjusted to how your body responds.

“I’m passionate about helping people move better and feel their best. Care starts with understanding your needs and goals, in a supportive environment where you play an active role.”

Questions patients ask

Dry needling uses fine needles in tight muscle to complement hands-on care. Monica holds a certification in it and offers it where it suits your presentation and you are comfortable with it.

Yes. Monica builds care around the activity you want to return to, combining adjusting with exercises and advice so the plan supports that goal.

Monica takes a thorough history, examines you and explains in plain language what she has found. If care is appropriate it usually begins the same visit. If she thinks another practitioner should see you first, she arranges that referral.
