Dr. Alysha Nguyen
Prior to becoming a chiropractor, she worked as a chiropractic assistant, where she developed strong connections with patients and gained valuable hands-on experience providing soft tissue therapy. This early exposure to patient care helped shape her approach, focusing on building trust and delivering personalised, supportive treatment.
With a strong background in competitive gymnastics, Alysha trained and competed for nine years at both state and national levels. Her personal experience with injury—including a significant arm dislocation and fracture—introduced her to chiropractic care and played a pivotal role in her recovery. This journey inspired her to pursue a career in chiropractic, with a genuine passion for helping others overcome injury and return to the activities they love.
Alysha has a special interest in women’s health, injury prevention, and rehabilitation, with a focus on empowering patients to take an active role in their wellbeing. She enjoys working with conditions such as headaches and migraines, exploring the impact of posture, spinal health, and muscle tension. Outside of the clinic, Alysha enjoys playing tennis, spending time with family, exploring the outdoors, and unwinding with a good movie.
