Cervical spineNeck Pain
Most of us will experience neck pain at least once. The neck, or cervical spine, is a complex structure of seven vertebrae (C1 to C7), discs, facet joints, muscles and ligaments that supports the skull and protects the upper spinal cord. Modern habits, long hours at a screen, heavy bags and frequent phone use, are a growing cause of chronic postural neck strain.

Whole spine · posturePosture-Related Pain & Poor Posture
Posture-related pain develops when the spine and supporting muscles carry sustained load in less-than-ideal positions. Hours spent stooped over a computer or phone are a common driver. Over time this can lead to stiffness, tension and discomfort across the neck, mid-back and lower back. We assess your posture and movement, then work with you on a plan to address it.
