AHPRA REGISTERED CHIROPRACTOR

Dr Natalie Morgan

Chiropractor · Wellbeing Chiropractic Rosanna

I’m Dr Natalie Morgan, an AHPRA registered chiropractor at our Rosanna clinic on Lower Plenty Road. More than a decade in practice has run my caseload from newborns to seniors, and it taught me to treat the household rather than the appointment, the same family often fills three spots in my diary. Along the way two specialities chose me: family care and sports injuries, from settling a desk-worn back to walking an injured runner back to their local club. Thorough assessment does the navigating, hands-on treatment does the work, and the target is always the cause underneath the pain.

The north-east’s regular bookings

One family, four spines

Natalie’s family focus means the school-run shoulder, the teenager’s sports knee and grandad’s stiffening hips can all be assessed under one roof, each with age-matched care.

The overuse repeat offenders

Runner’s knee, tennis elbow and their cousins respond poorly to rest alone. Progressive rehabilitation protocols return people to sport while working on the reason it happened.

Workplace backs & necks

Chronic back and neck pain from workplace injuries needs more than a massage voucher. Biomechanical assessment finds the movement patterns keeping the problem employed.

Natalie’s first visits pair a detailed history with a biomechanical assessment: how you move, where load concentrates, and which patterns are contributing to persistent pain or performance plateaus. Treatment pairs thorough hands-on treatment with corrective exercise, and she takes time to explain your condition, answer questions and shape the plan around your specific goals. Cases needing medical review or imaging first are referred promptly.

A decade of everyone

Natalie’s ten-plus years in practice have covered the full human span. She has treated infants and children as part of family care, helped adults manage long-running back and neck pain from workplace injuries, and worked with older patients on strength and steadiness programs designed to keep them mobile and independent.

The sporting side grew alongside. Working with local clubs put everything from acute sprains to overuse injuries like runner’s knee and tennis elbow on her table, and taught her to build progressive rehabilitation protocols that return athletes safely while lowering the odds of a sequel. Her biomechanical assessments often spot the movement patterns behind stubborn pain or a performance ceiling, which she addresses through corrective exercise and manual therapy.

At Rosanna, that mix makes her the practical choice for households across Heidelberg, Macleod, Viewbank, Bundoora and Greensborough: one practitioner comfortable with every generation in the car.

Assess the machine, not the symptom

Natalie uses Diversified adjustments, Activator instrument technique, soft tissue work plus staged rehabilitation exercise, tailored to each patient’s condition and preferences. The biomechanical assessment leads: it decides where treatment starts and what the corrective exercise targets.

Plans are explained rather than issued. New patients are welcome to contact the practice to talk through whether chiropractic care suits their situation before booking, an open-door habit that says plenty about how the rest of her care runs.

“Persistent pain usually has a movement pattern on the payroll. Find the pattern and the pain loses its funding.”

Questions patients ask

Natalie has cared for patients from newborns to seniors across her decade-plus in practice. Care for infants and children is gentle and age-appropriate, with referral for medical review whenever a presentation calls for it.

Returning people to sport is one of her favourite jobs. Expect a progressive rehabilitation protocol that rebuilds capacity stage by stage and addresses the biomechanics that caused the injury.

A structured look at how you move under load: walking, bending, squatting and sport-specific patterns. It often reveals the contributor behind persistent pain or a performance plateau.

Natalie works with many older patients on mobility and targeted strengthening, with techniques scaled to each body. The goal is confident, independent movement for as long as possible.

Yes. The Lower Plenty Road desk puts claims through all major funds at the end of your visit, so only the gap leaves your pocket on the day.
