AHPRA REGISTERED CHIROPRACTOR · 18 YEARS IN PRACTICE

Dr Clare Noble

Chiropractor · Wellbeing Chiropractic Capalaba

I’m Dr Clare Noble, an AHPRA registered chiropractor at our Capalaba clinic, with 18 years in practice across rural and metropolitan Australia. I qualified at Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science in 2004 and a Master of Chiropractic in 2007, then practised everywhere from country clinics an hour from the nearest specialist to city practices with every service nearby. That range teaches adaptability like nothing else, and it anchors my special interests in posture correction through Advanced Biostructural Correction and in Webster technique for pregnancy care. Family care runs through the middle of it all: I treat every age, and I like it that way.

Eighteen years of the same first question: why?

Posture that’s become the family joke

The photos don’t lie and neither do the kids. Posture correction sits high among my special interests, and it responds to structured care far better than to nagging.

Pregnancy with a postcode’s worth of jobs

Redlands life doesn’t pause for a growing bump. Webster-trained pregnancy care adapts to your stage while the rest of your week keeps happening.

The junior athlete with senior complaints

Between basketball, touch and skipping squads, young Redlands bodies train hard. Growing spines under sporting load deserve grown-up assessment.

Nearly two decades in practice, from country towns to city clinics, distils into one habit: assess before assuming. Headaches, back and neck pain, postural problems and pregnancy-related complaints all pass through my rooms weekly, and each gets a proper history, a thorough examination and a plainly-worded explanation before care starts. Rural practice also teaches you exactly when a problem belongs with a GP, and I refer without hesitation when it does.

Country miles, city rooms & the long way here

I qualified at Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science in 2004, then a Master of Chiropractic in 2007, then spent the years since practising all over Australia, rural clinics where you’re the only spinal care for an hour’s drive, and metropolitan practices with every specialist nearby. Eighteen years of that builds a wide, adaptable skill set and a deep respect for how different every patient’s life is.

Along the way I added certification in Advanced Biostructural Correction at level two, which anchors my special interest in posture correction, and Webster technique for pregnancy care. Family care runs through the middle of it all: I treat every age, and I like it that way.

Capalaba is home now, and so is its sporting scene. You’ll find me involved with the Ormiston Crushers and Red City Roar basketball clubs, Redlands touch football and the Cleveland Air Magic skipping club, because community work is the off-table half of caring about how people move.

Assess before assuming, always

Your first visit gets the full treatment: an unhurried history, a structured physical and postural examination, and an explanation that respects your intelligence. Eighteen years of patients has taught me that the presenting complaint is often the last chapter of a longer story, so I read the whole book before acting.

Care draws on Diversified adjusting, Advanced Biostructural Correction for whole-posture work, and Webster technique through pregnancy. Plans are reviewed against how your body actually responds, and adjusted without ego when a different approach will serve you better.

“Rural practice teaches you two things fast: adaptability, and exactly when to say this one needs a doctor.”

Questions patients ask

A whole-body approach to posture that corrects the structural layers a spine uses to hold itself up, rather than chasing one sore segment. I’m certified at level two, and for long-standing postural problems it’s often the missing piece.

Right through, with technique and positioning adapted to each stage, I’m Webster trained for exactly this. Anything that should involve your midwife or obstetrician gets raised with you immediately.

Constantly, it comes with sponsoring half the Redlands sporting calendar. Growing bodies under training load get carefully-scaled assessment and care, and parents stay in the room and in the loop.

Yes, all major health insurance funds process at reception, leaving the gap as your only out-of-pocket where chiropractic is in your extras.

No, book in directly. Eighteen years of first visits have started without one, and where a GP should join the picture, I’ll make that call early and help arrange it.
