Dr. Kate Adler

Dr. Kate Adler is a chiropractor at Wellbeing Chiropractic Moorabbin with extensive qualifications including a Bachelor of Applied Science in Complementary Medicine, a Master of Clinical Chiropractic from RMIT, and further studies in paediatric neuro development, kinesiology, Pilates, Reiki, and EFT Matrix therapy. Her broad training reflects a lifelong dedication to understanding the many dimensions of health and wellbeing.
Kate’s personal experience with complementary medicine began at the age of fourteen, when she found relief from ongoing headaches through holistic therapies. This turning point inspired her to pursue a career in chiropractic care and instilled in her a deep belief in the body’s natural ability to heal and function at its best when given the right support.
Since graduating in 2008, Kate has built a wealth of clinical experience both in Australia and overseas. She has worked in metropolitan and rural practices alongside highly regarded practitioners and has refined her skills across a wide range of patient needs. A defining highlight of her career was her volunteer work in Cambodia with the Restore One charity, where she provided chiropractic care to local communities while mentoring students. This experience demonstrates her commitment to service, education, and the advancement of her profession.
In practice, Kate combines evidence based chiropractic techniques such as cranial sacral, Diversified manual adjustments, soft tissue therapy, drop table, Activator, and Neuro Emotional Technique with additional therapies including kinesiology, lifestyle advice, and home care exercises. This comprehensive approach allows her to address both the symptoms her patients present with and the underlying causes that may be contributing to their concerns.
Kate’s particular areas of focus include family health, paediatrics, and sports chiropractic. She supports children in healthy growth and development, helps parents improve their energy and resilience for everyday life, and works with athletes of all ages to aid recovery, enhance performance, and prevent injury. Her care is tailored, preventative, and restorative, designed to empower every individual to achieve long term wellbeing.
As part of the Moorabbin community, Kate collaborates with local healthcare providers across different disciplines to ensure her patients receive the most effective and integrated care. Her professional expertise, coupled with her compassionate and patient centred approach, has earned her the trust of families and individuals seeking lasting improvements in their health.
