Built for the performance end of care
My Bachelor of Chiropractic Science came out of RMIT and gravitated straight to the active end of the caseload: sports injuries, rehabilitation, stubborn backs and headaches. The common thread is capacity, what a body can handle, and how to grow it past what your life demands of it.
Tarneit is an ideal home for that work. It’s one of Melbourne’s youngest, fastest-moving suburbs, full of people whose weeks are physical whether or not they call themselves athletes. My job is meeting each of them where they are, from first-time patients to seasoned competitors, and moving the target from pain relief to performance.
The part I enjoy most is the arc: someone arrives guarded and uncertain, and weeks later they’re moving with confidence and planning around goals instead of symptoms. Lasting improvement in health and function, that’s the entire brief.
