Wellbeing 365 is now offering an affordable room for rent for a qualified healthcare practitioner. The rooms are adjacent to qualified Chiropractors and other allied health professionals 6 days a week, with a clean professional environment to accompany. We have a number of professional consulting rooms and spaces available for casual and permanent rental; available for sessional, part-time and full-time use.

We have a variety of allied health practitioners consulting across 20 locations across greater Melbourne. We can offer room-only hire or a full reception service; on a casual, session-based or full time basis.
Our rates start from $100 per session and vary depending on the location of the clinic, size of room, whether you need reception, and whether you are casual versus a regular tenant. Our rates are very reasonable given some medical rooms and consulting suites are currently on the market for $200-400 per session! We offer competitive rates and discounts apply for additional days or full time hire.
We currently have Chiropractors, massage therapists, therapists, acupuncturists, psychologists, counselors, kinesiologists, sonographers, radiographers and naturopaths across different locations.

This practice is located at 3 Manuka Rd Berwick; one property from the corner of the busy High Street Berwick. This means we have good exposure from nearby traffic. Berwick is a bustling suburb in the outer south east that has seen massive growth in the past 20 years. With the population now over 50,000; there is a significant demand for allied health services.
Carlton
Located 5 mins from Melbourne Central Business District and only a 1-min walk from the busy Lygon St, our clinic on Drummond street, within a heritage-listed Victoria terrace double storey may be the ideal location for your allied health practice. All our practices have air conditioning, heating and toilet facilities on site or within close proximity. Rooms are large enough for one treatment table and have options for benches to hold equipment such as massage tools, oils and towels.
Our Melbourne Chiropractors are friendly and approachable and always work with other health practitioners within the clinic to deliver the best care possible to our patients.
