Myotherapy at Wellbeing Chiropractic
At Wellbeing Chiropractic, myotherapy encompasses a range of advanced, evidence-based treatments focused on neuromuscular health, pain management, and functional rehabilitation. Our myotherapy services include deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release, which target and alleviate musculoskeletal imbalances. Additional specialized techniques like dry needling, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching, and joint mobilization are utilized to reduce muscle tension, enhance joint mobility, and improve neural function. These therapies are supported by biomechanical assessments and postural analysis to pinpoint underlying issues contributing to discomfort or restricted movement, allowing for highly individualized care.
Our technical approach to myotherapy offers a comprehensive solution for clients dealing with chronic pain, post-injury recovery, or movement dysfunction. By addressing root causes of musculoskeletal problems, our therapies not only provide immediate relief but also promote long-term improvements in mobility and function. This enables clients to achieve better performance, maintain a higher quality of life, and experience lasting relief from conditions that may otherwise lead to recurring pain or injury.
